Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She takes great joy in being the best Bookbinder in town.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Verna's homeland. Verna decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She became a Bookbinder soon after.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born in the north. Her first spouse was a Navigator, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He takes great joy in being the best Map Maker in town.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gifted student he started as a Shepherd, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He has achieved small success as a Map Maker.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she's repulsed by the pc
