History: Shax was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gilbert was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She is a Weaver first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Weaver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Weaver work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Weaver job and began her own company from there.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
