History: Kugáluga was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Kathra has worked very hard to control her curse. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and many gnolls want her driven away

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Gifted from a young age, Xappan studied abroad. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and sabotage a competitor
