He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She got into the Assassin business at a young age. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'10". She dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes are likewise green.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: She stands about 4'8" and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. She wears a feathered hat to cover her moderate length brown fur. She has a dull look in her hazel eyes.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Spear was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Spear's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants. He has golden hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
