Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Halander isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Shag alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
