History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His hair is white and curly. This hazel eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is greedy

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her black robe. Her brown hair is knotted and matted. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has red hair. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure
