History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her druidic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mary fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Gennal was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gennal decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
