History: Balimaar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Shepherd father left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Hatae was born with her mother's beautiful face. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
