Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He typically wears black cloth garments or leather armor. His purple hair is heavily combed to the left. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. A true patriot, Cressel would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cressel was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He bought a greatsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a grey cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. His brown hair is heavily combed to the right. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: She has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her brown robe. Her silver hair is long and unkept. Her eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Description: Standing 3'10", this woman is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She struck the Adventurer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Many goblins want her driven away; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His black hair is braided into rings. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kâka was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break
