Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to get a good night's sleep

History: Faral hails from a village terrorized by giants. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. After a long history of fighting, Faral and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it; and she's in love

History: She was born in a small mountains village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Shamil took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor she uses now. She has worked as a Shoemaker like her father before her.
