His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: She wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. Her brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. She has a dull look in her blue eyes.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Wella was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Wella decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Dyer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact

Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with yellow colored cloaks and clothing. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His red hair is smooth and relatively long. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
