She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her long auburn hair reaches down to her waist. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her gray eyes.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Tawar was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Tawar's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. Her skin is dark but she possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. She wears dull blue sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed kukri, just in case. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her green eyes peer out from beneath her top blue hat.

Personality: Meena speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: The child of a Barkeep, who enjoyed hunting, Meena was taken on many hunting expeditions. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. His hair is dark red and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born in the south to a Shepherd, Damakos learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born in the north. His first spouse was a Painter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Jeweler and was forced into it by his family; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and many brigands want him driven away
