History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Patrin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Gardain lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. During his travels, Gardain and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gardain discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gardain fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Carlin embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Carlin grew up listening to her father's many stories. When Carlin reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
