She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bune decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Knight kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Ownka never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
