Description: The light-skinned man stands 3'2" and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Alvyn hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country.
