Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Oriel lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Oriel was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Stableman. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 39. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Marastyr will drive conversation. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Soapmaker, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Patrick's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Patrick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
