History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Marshal.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mayor business.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. He found a children's book about a Gnome Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her youth she was a Layabout, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Layabout. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Akmen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. After a long history of fighting, Sariel and her spouse have recently divorced.
