History: She comes from a rich western family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Mayor profession.

History: Born in the south to a Sellsword, Pandjed learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Marshal profession.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To be a Marshal again; and balancing his hectic life and new carter responsibilities is difficult
