History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Ar-Baruk has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is black and curly. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: This late middle aged woman prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs and is in decent physical shape. Her white hair, when down, is lengthy. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
