History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Vepar has worked very hard to control her curse. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: Nuraval was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. A freak accident while working with his Stableman father left him crippled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
