History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student she started as a Dyer, but she got bored and became a Bather. She struck the Bather job and began her own company from there.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Cory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
