He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in the north to a Carpenter, Shifting learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Shifting abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult

History: Balam was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He tends to his Roofer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and doesn't want to be a spy and was forced into it by his family

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. John was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bather. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his religion dominates his actions
