Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Marbas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Marbas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Being a Armorer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The war was a terrible time for her, and Nella does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She worked as a nervous Assassin and found it very stressful. She tends to her Assassin job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
