Description: 2'10" and muscular, this northern woman wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Eran and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to prove her worth to the world

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Flame reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. She wears an entirely yellow suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes, marred by sweets. Her black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Enna was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She struck the Roofer job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Mayor again.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Tailor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His first spouse was a Mercenary, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and regain custody of his daughter
