History: Simon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Simon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He struck the Assassin job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and wants a kiss
