History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Egelina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Quick was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Quick's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Quick and his spouse have recently divorced.
