History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Kellen abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sage who has hired him part-time. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Bellfounder; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Seamstress. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and revenge
