History: Ishte was born with her mother's beautiful face. Ishte liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Rurik hails from a village terrorized by giants. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born into a rich family. Abad was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Layabout. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a rival would like him out of the picture
