Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his youth he was a Dilettante, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Meriele alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: Jo hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Now she works as a dancing tutor during her time off.
