History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Dara lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Through the years after Dagger was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Dagger's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Dagger and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oppleby fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
