History: Adrex was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is renowned for his bright tan suits and hats. With bright blonde hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born to a Healer, his father struggled to pay the bills. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her tan robe. She has moderate length red crest. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears tattered old clothes. She is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around her ears. Her green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born into a rich family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and wants to work out more often

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears just a brown suit. His tied-back hair is silver. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Hubert lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he has money and likes to spend it
