Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Hecat was born with her mother's beautiful face. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Hecat never married again.
