She wears a brown tunic with white highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around her shoes, and her gloved hand is found clutching a morningstar. Her hair is short and chestnut. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She got into the Barber business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Cook, but she got bored and became a Barber. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Gilbert is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and money/treasure

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, blue shirt, and black tie. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His silver eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This western woman has a large blue mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her grey robe. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her hair is auburn and curly. Her ears are large.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and wants to open a new tavern
