History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His childhood dream was to be a Unemployed, but he was a colossal failure. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Keyleth's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story.
