Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Malmûg was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears just a brown suit. Her black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Description: A 3'11" eastern man, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his feathered brown hat.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people
