Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Arnold was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered drow who tried to eat his hand. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Gifted from a young age, Chenna studied abroad. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Chenna never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Melissa is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Melissa was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ella grew up listening to her father's many stories. At some point she was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
