Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Shivering hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears bulky grey painted plate armor. Her golden hair is smooth and relatively long. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are amber.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Barkeep who has hired her part-time. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mason. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She's in love.

Voice: Speaks through clenched teeth

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Dalgal was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Dalgal and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He has a missing right leg. He wears just a green suit. He wears his scarlet crest up. His eyes are gold and catlike.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he's looking for his big break

Voice: Cold and demanding tone

Description: This western woman is abnormally tall. She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her fur is beige and curly. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Ethereal was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ethereal's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.
