Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His brass crest is lengthy. His red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Kaladan is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kaladan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kaladan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She got into the Interpreter business at a young age. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat, and is pretty ugly. Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Gifted from a young age, Tordek studied abroad. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a deep hatred of drow
