Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Phelaia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
