Thorin Goldfinder, Male Dwarf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This malnourished man is dressed in an above average manner. He has a brown handlebar mustache and slicked back brown hair. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 89. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.
Flaws: Insane, Mundane. Bonds: Attractive, Poor, Family. Occupation: Miner

Sumnes Hart, Female Half-Elf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: She tends to wear a violet poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her sword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. Her hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sumnes grew up listening to her father's many stories. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she feels threatened by others
Flaws: Cynical, Fearful, Depressed. Bonds: Attractive, Adventurer. Occupation: Bookbinder
Voice: Old Prospector

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Armorer profession.
History: She was born into a rich family. Eldeth liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Personal [hide]

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over.
