Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Krimmon isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Krimmon hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 56. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was born in the west. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: Bryseis was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student she started as a Cartwright, but she got bored and became a Mercenary. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Whurbin hails from a village terrorized by goblins. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is greedy
