History: Raer was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Server for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Server responsibilities is difficult; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: Ella hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Anverth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has money and likes to spend it
