History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Ilga was born on a far southern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Roofer. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is unsatisfied with her job
