Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears grey trousers with pastel and tan striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Veit was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Veit decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
