History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Mhurren abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His long blonde hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Sage born in the past three hundred years. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Sage. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new sage responsibilities is difficult

History: Herleva was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.
