History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: She wears a tattered pair of loose violet pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'5" when asserting herself. She keeps her golden hair in a pixie cut. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her violet eyes.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Agatha lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Agatha was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Agatha's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Trail was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His childhood dream was to be a Sage, but he was a colossal failure. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern

She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She wears her black hair up. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are blue.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Alice was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
