Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she dresses well, wearing red shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. She keeps her white hair in a flapper bob. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Sarah was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
