History: Gifted from a young age, Whurdred studied abroad. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Knight work with an outfit from a few towns over. Knight work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has achieved small success as a Knight.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nogu was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She tends to her Herbalist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He worked as a nervous Marshal and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult.
