Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born in the west. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Vani hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has achieved small success as a Scribe.

Motivation: To be a Layabout again; and she's repulsed by the pc

Description: This slender man stands about 5'5". He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Knight mother left him crippled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: She was born in the west. Her childhood dream was to be a Layabout, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She wants to get laid; and balancing her hectic life and new gardener responsibilities is difficult
