Description: An older man who dresses in black turtlenecks beneath a green coat with white slacks, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is cut close to his head. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born in the south to a Marshal, Barakas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
